1. Introduction

Inkly (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is operated by Prospi. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our web application at inklywriter.ai (the “Service”).

By using the Service you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

Account information: Email address and display name, collected when you sign in via one-time passcode (OTP).

Voice profile data: Writing samples and questionnaire responses you provide during onboarding. These are used solely to build your personal voice profile.

Knowledge base: Answers you provide through the Q&A system, stored as knowledge entries to inform content generation.

Generated content: LinkedIn and X posts created by the AI on your behalf, along with edit history and scheduling data.

Payment information: Payment details are collected and processed by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status but never see or store credit card numbers.

Usage data: We log AI API usage (model, token counts, task type) for billing and rate-limiting purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the Service
• To generate content that matches your writing voice
• To build and refine your personal knowledge base
• To process payments and manage your subscription
• To enforce rate limits and prevent abuse
• To communicate service-related updates (e.g., welcome emails)

4. AI Processing

We use Anthropic’s Claude API to analyze your writing samples, generate content, and assist with editing. Your data is sent to Anthropic’s API for processing but is not used to train their models. Anthropic’s data handling is governed by their own privacy policy and data processing agreements.

We do not use your voice profile, knowledge base, or generated content to train any AI models.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in a Supabase-hosted PostgreSQL database with row-level security (RLS) policies that ensure you can only access your own data. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.

Authentication is handled by Supabase Auth using secure, HTTP-only session cookies.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Anthropic — for AI content generation (under their API terms)
• Stripe — for payment processing
• Supabase — for database hosting and authentication
• Vercel — for application hosting
• Resend — for transactional emails

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data remains accessible until the end of the billing period. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete your personal data
• Export your data in a portable format
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Withdraw consent at any time
